A Fake or Not?

Until recently most of my small print collection came from known sources, e.g. people that had some knowledge of the subject or were published and known to have a degree of expertise. 

As with all the art world, Japanese prints are often copied and as with swords, faked in vast numbers.  Now, on this occasion I have a question for those out there.  Is this a copy/fake?
